What is included with the price?

What if my services are different than what's on the template?

No problem, the template is not "set in stone" and can be customized to your services.

I don't have a logo. Do you make logos?

If you don't have a logo, we will create a minimal, simple logo for free.

I don't have all the wording and/ or images for the website. Can you help?

Yes, we can use A.I. text and use other websites in your industry as a guide to help create text for your website. For images, we can use A.I. images and stock images. We can even create these cool "branding images"

Can you use my images or videos?

Yes, no problem. We can add your images and videos, and show a project / portfolio gallery. In some cases, extra fees may apply to compensate us for the uploading time.

What are your payment terms?

We can accept payments through Zelle, Venmo, and by E-Check (ACH payments). A 50% deposit is required to begin the website process. The other 50% is due after you are ready to finalize and get ownership of the website.

What is your refund / cancellation policy?

After you send the payment and provide us with the information for the website, and the website process has begun - the 50% deposit is non-refundable. After the full payment is received and we transfer you the ownership of the website - there are no refunds / cancellations from that point also.

Do you also offer completely custom websites?

Yes, we offer custom websites.

Can you create ecommerce stores?

Can you redesign a current website, using the wording and images that I have on it?

Can I request revisions after you create the website?

What if I need help with future changes / updates?

We're not going anywhere! We can be available at a rate of $65/hour to help you with any type of design work.

Are there any hidden or monthly fees?

Unlike other web design companies: We actually transfer the full ownership of the website to you. So we cannot charge any monthly fees. If you'd like to connect a domain name to the website, Wix will require that you pay the monthly hosting for approximately $20/month.

Are these websites on Wix Editor (original editor) or Wix Studio (new editor)?

We create our websites on the original Wix editor. The original Wix editor is much easier to use than the new Studio version, which is primarily purposed for proffessional designers only..
